Parents Can Stay (PCS) is an effort to repeal or amend California laws that allow healthcare providers to meet privately with children as young as 12 years of age to perform medical procedures and prescribe medications without the knowledge or consent of parents.

Revenue from GovUNLEASHED memberships funds the administrative side of this project. While we're hyperefficient and transparent, financial support from the public is vital if this project is to succeed. No less than 100% of your contribution goes towards project expenses. Supporters that contribute at least $15 over a 30-day rolling period receive RSVP access to weekly progress meetings where all aspects (incl. expenditures & contributions received) of the project are fully accessible.
How do we steward contributions?
Technology Infrastructure: Server(s), bandwidth, website maintenance, and other 3rd party expenses (i.e., testimonials storage, transaction fees, and document storage).
Community Outreach & Legislative Changes: Organize public events, distribute informational flyers, hire short-term staff, and launch initiative/referendum (if needed).
